CrvenaOS is a modern operating system developed in Serbia, designed for home users, educational institutions and companies. The focus is on privacy, stability and compatibility with hardware and software.
Installation is done in 3 basic steps: creating a bootable USB drive, configuring BIOS to boot from USB, and the installation itself which takes 5–10 minutes.
View the detailed guide →Yes. In the boot menu choose “Try CrvenaOS” to run the system from the USB drive without changing the disk. Changes are not saved after a reboot.
Installation guide →Yes. In the installer choose automatic installation alongside the existing system. Your current OS stays intact and at startup you choose which system to load. We recommend backing up your data and leaving enough free disk space.
Partitioning details →Yes. For testing without changing your main system you can use VirtualBox, VMware or similar software. No host disk partitioning is required — an ISO and a virtual hard disk are enough.
Check BIOS/UEFI: disable Secure Boot (and TPM if needed), set USB as the first boot device, or open the Boot Menu at startup. Also make sure the flash drive was created with balenaEtcher, not by simply copying files.
Installation guide and fixes →CrvenaOS is available in four packages: Home (individuals), Business (companies with agreed response times), Enterprise (large companies with priority 8/5 or 24/7 support) and Education (schools and universities). Prices are in Serbian dinars.
View pricing →Yes. CrvenaOS does not read, analyse, store or share your data. The system uses least privilege, trusted software sources and encryption support.
