As a rule, a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving reasons. CrvenaOS licences are digital content delivered electronically immediately after payment.

Under Serbian consumer protection rules, the withdrawal right does not apply when you expressly consent before payment that delivery starts immediately and that you thereby lose the withdrawal right, and you receive the contract confirmation by email. That consent is collected on the checkout page.

If the statutory conditions for exclusion are not met, send your withdrawal statement to povracaj@crvenaos.rs using the form below (or any other unambiguous statement).
