Refund Policy

CrvenaOS licences are digital content delivered electronically immediately after payment. Under Serbian consumer protection rules, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply when you expressly consent before payment that delivery starts immediately and that you thereby lose the withdrawal right, and you receive the contract confirmation by email.

Independently of statutory rights, we offer a commercial satisfaction guarantee in the cases described in the full policy (install/run failures on supported hardware that support cannot resolve, material usability issues, or wrong/duplicate licence claimed within 48 hours before activation).
