We process personal data needed to conclude and perform licence purchases (name, email, order details; for legal entities also company name, PIB and address), deliver the licence key, provide support, meet legal obligations and protect against abuse.

Legal bases include contract performance, legal obligations and our legitimate interests in securing the service. Payment card data is processed by AIK Bank / NestPay as described on the Payment methods page.

Data may be shared with processors that host our infrastructure (e.g. hosting, email delivery, database) under appropriate contracts, and with the payment provider for transaction processing. We retain order and licence records as required for accounting, consumer protection and dispute resolution.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable by contacting us. You may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
