Complaints policy

You may file a complaint about a purchased licence (non-conformity of digital content) by email to reklamacije@crvenaos.rs, in writing to Novosadski put 106, 21203 Veternik, or on another durable medium, enclosing proof of purchase (order number / confirmation email).
We confirm receipt without delay and assign a complaint reference. We respond within 8 days with our decision and proposed resolution. Resolution generally takes no longer than 15 days from filing, subject to consumer-protection rules.
